We are thrilled to announce that Massaro Construction Group (MCG) has received the 2016 Excellence Award from the Keystone Alliance for Performance Excellence (KAPE).
This is only the second time in the eleven-year history of KAPE that an applicant has earned its top-tier award level.
KAPE is a nonprofit corporation that helps all types of organizations improve their performance and outcomes, including productivity, workforce engagement, competitiveness, and customer and stakeholder satisfaction. KAPE uses the leading-edge Baldrige Criteria for Performance Excellence as the basis for their process and for giving feedback to applicants.
The 2016 KAPE Award process included applicant organizations from across Pennsylvania. All applicants were rigorously evaluated by an independent board of examiners in seven areas: leadership; strategy; customers; measurement, analysis and knowledge management; workforce; operations; and results.
“We began using the Baldrige Criteria in 2010 to help us achieve our mission of pursuing excellence for the benefit of our workforce, our customers and the community. We are proud to receive the Keystone Excellence Award from KAPE as recognition of the progress we’ve made on our journey,” states Joe Massaro III, president and CEO.
Massaro Construction Group and the other 2016 KAPE applicants will be recognized at KAPE’s Annual Awards Banquet & Conference on November 16 and 17 in Malvern, PA.
