This three-story, 80,000 square foot science and technology facility was built with a structural steel frame, masonry and architectural stone exterior, combination standing seam metal and a flat rubber roof.
The building houses the school’s science and technology programs and includes such amenities as classrooms of the future with video conferencing capabilities, data and communication cabling, and related offices. In addition, biomedical and materials testing labs are a part of this facility. The project also included a television studio for campus and student use.
Preconstruction services were provided in the form of scheduling, budgeting, and constructability reviews.
