This project is a $5,000,000 renovation of the existing Oakland Catholic high school and the Joan of Arc classroom building. The main high school building renovations consisted of configuring new chemistry and biology lab classrooms as well reconfiguration of offices for faculty and staff. This was performed on a very tight schedule over the summer months. The building finishes will be updated and include a new modern HVAC system and electrical system. The existing gymnasium of the building will be reconfigured into a black box theater to serve the school and community.
