West Virginia University Advanced Engineering Research Building

Massaro Corporation was awarded the construction of the Advanced Engineering Research Building in the Evansdale campus.

The 95,000 square foot building will encompass:
33,000 square feet of flexible and environmentally safe laboratory and research space 8,000 square foot clean room
Offices, classrooms, computer classrooms, a learning center
29,000 square feet of graduate student space
The building will house leading-edge scientific equipment in a shared space, fostering a collaborative environment.

The four-story building is fully integrated into the utility infrastructure for the Evansdale Campus and has energy efficient systems.
